Do I need to complete it in 5 days?

Not at all. The course is self-paced with unlimited access. You can take one step a week, revisit sections you found useful, or work through it in a weekend. It’s designed to fit around your life, not the other way around.

What if I can’t do the movements “properly”?

Then you’re in the right place - there is no 'properly' here! The movements in Happier Hips are designed to meet you where you are. They are low effort, safe, and easy to adapt. There’s no such thing as ‘perfect’ here - just the willingness to keep trying in your way. 

Is this stretching or strength training?

Neither - and both. The Happier Hips approach combines elements of mobility, strength and coordination in a way that mirrors how your body actually moves in real life. It’s less about categories and more about restoring the full range of what your hips are designed to do.

I’ve tried mobility routines before and they never stick. Why will this be different?

Because this isn’t a routine you add to your day - it’s a different way of moving through the day you already have. I’m already quite active - is this still relevant for me?
