A free guide that helps you see the ground differently, discover where it could become part of your everyday life again, to keep you mobile now and capable later.
If you've found your way here after watching one of my videos, something I've said has probably struck a chord.
Perhaps you've suddenly realised that you rarely get down to the ground anymore. Perhaps you've watched someone older struggle and thought, 'I don't want that to be me'. Or perhaps you simply miss how easy it once felt.
Whatever brought you here, I'm really glad it did.
Because deciding to do something about it is often the hardest part, and you've already taken that first step.
Most of us don't wake up one morning and decide we're going to stop spending time on the ground.
It happens gradually. We see chairs as the more comfortable option, so spending time on the floor gradually disappears from everyday life, often without us even noticing.
Until one day we hesitate.
But, despite it being the title of this guide, the ground isn't really the point.
Instead, it's everything the ground allows you to be part of; playing with grandchildren at their level, enjoying lunch with friends on a picnic blanket, spending time at the beach on holiday or remaining a keen gardener for as long as you choose.
Those moments are easier to enjoy when you can join in without thinking twice, feel comfortable changing position, and feel capable in your own body.
Most of us don't miss the ground, we miss the ease and freedom that come with feeling at home there.
When you download the guide, I'll help you see your everyday life through a different lens.
The ground already exists in your day, in certain places and in certain moments. Together, we'll explore where those opportunities already are, where new ones could appear, and how small changes can make a surprisingly big difference over time.
You might be surprised by what you notice.
This isn't another list of exercises to squeeze into an already busy week.
Instead, I'll take you through a series of reflections that help you discover where the ground could naturally become part of the life you're already living.
By the time you've finished, you'll have:
looked at your normal routines with fresh eyes
spotted opportunities that fit naturally into your own day
reflected on where you'd like the ground to play a bigger part in your life
tried one simple sitting position with me through a short accompanying video
chosen one small next step that feels realistic and enjoyable for you.
I hope the guide gives you something far more valuable than a list of things to do. I hope it changes the way you see your day.
Because once you start seeing the ground differently, you can't unsee it.

I'm Wendy, founder of Reclaim Movement.
After recovering from chronic pain, I realised that movement isn't something we only do during exercise. It's woven through every part of our lives.
That experience completely changed the way I see movement. What began as my own recovery became a mission to help other people move well for life.
Rather than asking people to add lists of exercises to their already busy days, I help them discover movement opportunities that are already there, waiting to be noticed.
That's the thinking behind this guide, and I can't wait to share it with you.
I'd love you to spend fifteen minutes with a cup of tea, work your way through the reflections, and simply notice what comes up. There are no right answers. No scores. No judgement. That's the Reclaim Movement way.
Just a fresh way of looking at the life you already live, and perhaps the beginning of a lifelong friendship with the ground.
